We've used him several times in the last 3 years that we've lived in Arcadia. He always has came out to the house the same day or next day that I called. That's excellent customer service! I looked up the term "salt of the earth which reads; "genuinely good, honest, and reliable person. down-to-earth, humble, and valuable members of society. The phrase suggests a person with strong moral character and a positive influence on those around them." <---THAT definition is EXACTLY who Bill Bailey is! My husband and I bought our home in 2018 (4 A/C units) We knew all 4 units were aging and a matter of time before replacing, and then the first unit went down...that is when we first came into contact with Bailey's A/C. We didn't just meet Bill, but we took time to really talk & get to know him. I remember that first meeting clear as day, because it was refreshing to meet someone with the character, morals, ethics, love of God, and honesty as Bill. Over the years, we have has Bailey's A/C replaced duct work, ducts cleaned, 3 of the 4 A/C units replaced and various maintenance-service needs. There are so many things we value and appreciate about Bailey's A/C, of course there is the quality of work executed, but we have come to experience and know the transparency, honesty, reliability and actual compassion. After hurricane Irma, Bailey's AC was checking in to make sure everyone was safe and OK. Prior to our moving to this area and meeting Bailey's A/C, we lived elsewhere and had utilized different A/C companies in previous years and while many of them were what I may have deemed as "good," there is just zero comparison to Bailey's A/C!
